We ask customers send photos of the defective hoverboard to us before shipping.
If the hoverboard is found to be new, mint and defective out of the box, we will replace it and ship it back to you for free!
If there are signs of use (scratches, blemishes, wear on the tires, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping back to us, however we will ship it back to you at our own cost.
We will try to repair the hoverboard at no cost! However, if the hoverboard is found to be non-functional due to negligence or misusage, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to repair the hoverboard.

Once we receive this form, you will receive a confirmation and then you may send your hoverboard back to us and we will process your request and try to repair your item or get you a replacement.
Please make sure to complete the form in full, in order to have your request processed as soon as possible.
